In 2009, Henriette Frädrich co-founded the international B2B matchmaking platform pharmatching.com with her mother, Dr. Gabriele Dallmann, building it from the ground up alongside their team. This platform serves the global pharmaceutical and biotech industries, facilitating outsourcing by efficiently connecting clients with suitable service providers, thereby saving time and reducing costs. Since its launch in 2009, pharmatching.com has been active and is recognized worldwide as the "Google for Pharma." In late 2017, the platform was sold to Zamann Pharma Support GmbH, which has continued its development.

Additionally, she has ghostwritten or co-authored six books on behalf of renowned coaches and entrepreneurs (references available upon request; covering topics such as self-help, coaching, and lifestyle). She also writes and publishes articles on a wide range of subjects regularly on her blog. In 2021 and 2022, she served as a columnist for the German magazine “Courage.”

Henriette Frädrich holds a degree in Media Management with a German-French dual diploma. She graduated high school in 1999 and studied Media Management from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden, which included a year of integrated studies at the French film school ESAV in Toulouse.
After her studies and before starting her entrepreneurial journey, she worked for several years as a TV editor and journalist for various TV production companies and broadcasters. Her projects included shows such as RTL's "Punkt 12", RTL's "Die Super Nanny", ProSieben's "Besser Essen – Leben Leicht Gemacht", ProSieben's "Do It Yourself S.O.S.", and RTL's "Surprise, Surprise." Her responsibilities ranged from casting and editorial concepts to research, pilot projects, protagonist management, program planning, topic selection, and much more.

Henriette Frädrich, born in 1979, lives in Cologne and works everywhere. She has a teenage son, three dogs, and is happily in a committed relationship. Born on the East German Baltic Sea coast, she grew up in two worlds: a childhood in the East during the 1980s and a youth in the West during the 1990s - experiences that have deeply shaped her.
Henriette loves books and podcasts, moving and inspiring stories about people with heart, head, attitude, and humor, philosophy, laughter, sports, reading, traveling, movement, long walks, dogs, peace, nature, treehouses, silence, solitude, reflection, good and healthy food, cooking, watermelon, chocolate, champagne, spaghetti ice cream, Kaiserschmarrn, sunshine, summer, beaches and the sea, mountains, California, and above all, Provence.
“I am a contrasting blend of the Baltic Sea, Provence, and Cologne; East and West; movement and stillness; reason and chaos; consistency and inconsistency; euphoria and melancholy; heart and head; attitude and humor; chill and flow; boldness and gentleness; courage and hope; stubbornness and forgiveness; seeking and finding.
